Nike Town Run

Aloha Gang!
Summer's coming and it's time to hit the pavement! Socialize and stay in shape by running / walking 3-6 miles with other athletes.
Where: NikeTown in Waikiki (parking downstairs)
When: Every Wednesday @ 6 PM / Saturday @ 9 AM
Free refreshments afterward. See you guys there!

One more thing, folks... Get your ticket validated so parking will be only $3.

Just a reminder to everyone who PM'ed me about the NikeTown run, it's tomorrow at 6 PM. Just lace up and meet in front of NikeTown in Waikiki (you'll see tons of other runners there), get a good stretch, and GO!
Don't worry if you're a newbie, I've gotten to know the staff over the years and they're friendly and very helpful. Just a caveat if you're a parent planning to bring kids- check out the run and become familiar with the course first. You'll be running through streets, so you need to pay close attention if you have young children running with you. I know it's something they say in grade school, but it bears repeating... ALWAYS LOOK BOTH WAYS. And leave the iPod at home so you can be alert to traffic (at least until you've run the course a few times).

NikeTown run is the Ala Moana beach route today... Just lace up and meet in front of NikeTown by 6 PM.
